According to the experts, certain oils can be good for you, but moderation is the key.
All oils contain fats, some more than others so take only small amounts, so do not overindulge. Every oil you buy for human consumption are made from natural foods such as seeds, nuts and pulses. These range from several sources, such as olive, soy bean, corn, peanuts, canola, sunflower and safflower seed. Denser and yet vital Omega-3 oils are found from fish in the form of halibut or cod liver oil, but it is the seeds, nuts and pulse oils that are generally used more in cooking and in salads.
