Nikki’s Tips for Vegetarians
To add flavour combine rice and beans together, turmeric and black pepper, leafy greens and tomatoes, oatmeal and water, green tea with a slice of lemon, avocado and toast, garlic, onion with brown rice and salsa and guacamole.

Vegetarians rarely have a problem with obtaining enough protein however combining certain foods will provide a vegetarian with all eight essential amino acids necessary for growth, enzyme function and immune function. Correct food combining means that all eight essential amino acids are covered. For example, baked beans contain lysine, but are missing methionine. Bread however is a good source of methionine, but has relatively low lysine levels. Put the two foods together and not only does it taste good, but you receive the full amino acid profile.
