There is a growing number of women experiencing heavy menstrual periods, called menorrhagia in medical terms and it is not restricted to hormonal stages of a women’s cycle.
Alarming studies have co-related the problem of heavy menstrual bleeding that is mostly linked to women in western countries. Normal menstruation should be a steady, light flow of recognition that the uterus is into it’s shedding cycle but for most European women this is not the case. The determining factors often relate to a heavy protein diet, back injury, sexual partners, radiation exposure and chemically prepared foods, but nature has a remedy.
