Five Steps to Honest Anger
Time to take an honest look at anger. Like many of you, I was brought up to believe that anger is bad. Most of the adults around me either suppressed their anger or expressed it in an aggressive and passive-aggressive way.

It was made very clear that some emotions were good and some were bad. Even worse, if I had the bad emotions it means that I was a bad person. Unfortunately, there are many people who still think like this and who are passing the same beliefs onto their children. Here’s a different and more empowering way of looking at anger for you to consider.
