Every day at least half of my clients say that they are feeling fatigued. I often hear people state: “I’m so tired, but I have to push myself to keep going”: “I get so tired in the afternoon”; “I feel completely drained, even when I wake up I wish I could stay in bed all morning” or “I can’t move until I’ve had my coffee in the morning”. Comments such as these are more commonplace than they were many years ago, with many women now having to work full or part-time jobs alongside their partners, as well as having to run the household and tend to their children. It is no wonder that so many people complain of fatigue!
