As creatures of habit we become used to eating certain foods in our daily diet, but often for health reasons a major change to our dietary routine has to be made. If we do make food changes often we are left feeling challenged as to what to buy and eat. A change in our diet does not have to be devastating as there are tasty and healthy alternatives to our many food staples.

For those with developing food allergies. Replacing common food allergies such as cows milk, sugar, cheese and salt.

Preparing home made recipes to replace common food allergies is far better for your health than eating manufactured substitutes. However, it is good to see a wide range of dairy free cheeses, milk substitutes, salt free butter, gluten free foods available in most supermarkets, who are now catering for the growing food allergy customer market, but fresh is always best. There are those who turn to almond milk, rice milk or oat milk as a substitute for cows milk, but the top substitute is goats milk.
