As a general rule you should have at least one, preferably two bowel motions daily and not too far away from your meals either.
If you don’t have at least one bowel motion each day and every day, or if you have inconsistent motions, in terms of how frequent and how they look texture wise, then you are suffering from constipation.

The good news is that I have yet to find a case, which cannot be corrected with natural methods so that over 90 per cent constipation will respond to simple lifestyle adjustments.
