This article is about what is best to eat when you have cancer? Before we go any further, it is important for you to bear in mind that your doctor or oncologist has had literally no training in understanding how nutrition has had any impact on human health, and would you believe, it is very recently that medical science would accept that a person’s diet had any bearing on their level of health and disease at all.

As a naturopath, the first thing I think of when someone comes to our clinic with cancer, is how to strengthen their body and improve their health ad diet to the highest level.

Always improve a person’s general health and wellbeing first. Look at your weak link and make it strong, then ‘turn your scar into a star’. Does your tummy play up? Do you have digestive problems? Are you eating a less healthy diet? Do you live in a toxic relationship? Well, lets get all this stuff sorted out first. Forget about wasting your hard-earned money on premium supplements and herbs if you are eating take-away meals twice a week, drink wine at night, eat chocolates regularly, have a non-supportive or abusive partner, or for heavens sake, smoke! Stop right there please. You need to keep one thing in mind – you have cancer; you need to change your direction. Do it now, become accountable for all your actions and eating habits.
