Usually, allergy people are sensitive, mentally alert, have a dry sense of humour, weak eyesight, are hard to wake up in the morning and have a poor or slow liver function.
If you suffer from any allergy, then eat carrots daily or drink carrot juice for 10 days, then blend with other vegetables such as broccoli, spinach and/or beet-greens. The carrots are bursting with beta-carotene, a nutrient necessary for the healthy functioning of the lining of the respirator, digestive passageways and the urinary tract, but do not peel the carrots before eating as the greatest concentration of vitamins, minerals and flavonoids lie in or just before the surface of the carrots.
