Question: I have, for years been bothered by adhesions in my lower abdominal areas. These have formed since having a hysterectomy in my late thirties. The problem is that they pull and tug when I attempt to do any exercise, causing considerable discomfort and, if anything, appear to be getting worse. I am given to understand that adhesions are difficult to remove as they can be quite tangled and that, even if they are removed, they are likely to reoccur. My question is: is there any natural means by which I can reduce or at least soften these adhesions? Follow the answer in the main article.
