A walk twice a week does not suffice. The muscles need to be kept strong and toned, specifically the abdominal muscles.
Q: I have become a little more frustrated with my stomach. It is slowly becoming larger in spite of repeated dieting ideas and sit-ups. My friends tell me that this is usual for a woman of my age, but I’m only 53 years old and I don’t feel that it should be. I do notice a few other women around that appear to stay slim in spite of advancing years. How are they doing that?
