It is not often that you can read about the positive side to living; so it is time to recognise some good health markers in your life. We sometimes think of those who are truly healthy to be ‘super-fit’, or perhaps ‘eat everything organic’, or to belong to the slimming and beauty culture. In fact, good health can be achieved by anybody by learning to balance lifestyles. Some of the following health and longevity signs are mentioned in an ancient Chinese Medicine textbook called The Yellow Emperor’s Classic; I have added a few signs myself, and given some ‘Western’ natural medicine indications as well.
